Meals on Wheels - Snack Bag Deliveries
Sep 29, 2025 9:00 AM

Join Us for a Fun & Impactful Meals on Wheels Service Day! 🚗🍎

Dear Rockwall Rotary Noon Club Members,
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to make a difference in our community! On Monday, September 29, our club is partnering with Meals on Wheels to deliver Snack Bags to those in need. This is a fantastic chance to spread joy and show the heart of Rotary service in action!
Details of the Event:
•  Date & Time: Monday, September 29, at 9:00 AM
•  Location: 4398 Hwy 276, Rockwall (to pick up routes and snack bags)
•  What to Expect: Deliver snack bags to brighten someone’s day! You can volunteer solo, team up with your spouse or family, or ride along with a fellow Rotarian—your choice!
How to Get Involved:
1.  Complete the Volunteer Application: A quick step to join the fun (contact us for the form if you haven’t filled it out yet). https://rockwallmealsonwheels.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Meals-on-Wheels-Volunteer-Application.pdf
2.  Let Us Know You’re In: Reply to this email or text Gerald at 214-923-5237 to confirm your participation. Please share your partner preference (solo, family, or paired with another Rotarian).
3.  Spread the Word: Invite a friend or family member to join you and amplify our impact!
We need a list of volunteers ASAP to plan routes and ensure a smooth day of service. Your participation will bring smiles and support to our neighbors in need.
Thank you for embodying the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self,” and for making a meaningful difference in our community. We can’t wait to serve alongside you!
Warm regards,
Gerald & Michael

Angel and Jeff have been happily married for more than 26 years and have four amazing children, Emerson, A.J., Chloie, and Lauren, and three adorable puppies: Hopper, Cookie, and Bogey. In her spare time Angel volunteers with her Church, and with other charity groups in Rockwall.

Occasionally, she finds time to read a good book or watch a cheesy movie.

Andrea Woodward

Rockwall Charity Ball Chair 2026

Mar 19, 2026 12:00 PM
Andrea Woodworth has worked in sales with Cigna Healthcare for the past 17 years, specializing in employee benefit plans for small to mid-size employers. She is passionate about building relationships and helping businesses support the health and wellbeing of their teams.
Three years ago, Andrea and her husband moved to Heath after spending many years renovating homes together in East Dallas. Ready for a change of pace from city life, they were drawn to the strong sense of community they discovered in Rockwall County. Today, Heath is home to Andrea, her husband, and their two dogs, and a place where they look forward to putting down lasting roots.
Inspired by the spirit of service she found in the community, Andrea joined the Rockwall Women’s League. After witnessing the League’s significant impact on local nonprofits and scholarship programs, she knew she wanted to play a role in giving back. Now three years into her membership, Andrea serves as the Ball Chair for the League’s annual gala, where she is focused on helping refresh, rebuild, and modernize the organization’s signature fundraising event so it can continue to grow alongside the Rockwall community.
Andrea is grateful to bring the strategic and relationship-building skills she has developed throughout her professional career into her volunteer work, helping further the mission of the Rockwall Women’s League and the organizations it supports.
