Noel and Greg and Larry and I went with a team lead on a bed delivery in Mesquite. We assembled a bunk bed for 2 little girls, ages 3 and 4. We met their mom but they were not present. Mom planned to surprise them later that day when they returned home and now had beds. One bed was made up in Bluey bedding and the other in Hello Kitty bedding. We were to do another 4 beds in another residence for 4 boys, ages 13-15, 1 bunk bed and 2 singles but the address was incorrect and out of the territory covered by this delivery hub so it was to be rescheduled to the appropriate delivery hub.
It was heartwarming to provide beds to children who did not have one. The team was great to work with and we all look forward to future opportunities to help with this effort.
