Introduction to a new Service Idea.
BUILDING MORE THAN BEDS: A JOURNEY OF SERVICE AND GROWTH
At Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), we believe service is about much more than constructing beds for kids in need. Our mission of NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN! extends to building communities, transforming lives, and creating opportunities for personal growth and learning. Every bed we build demonstrates the power of service and the incredible potential that emerges when people come together with a shared purpose.
Today Scott Miller shared a new service idea with our club. There is no chapter for this group in Rockwall County but they have worked with a couple churches here already. They have Bed Building Days, Bedding Drives, and Delivery opportunities. I’m sure that our club will have discussions about this very worthy cause. Thank you Scott Miller for revealing a wonderful organization to us.
