Two outstanding Students of Honor from Rockwall ISD were recognized at today's Rotary luncheon. 👏
⭐️Andrew Schmidt, from Billie Stevens Elementary, is an exceptionally high-achieving student with a curious nature who is always seeking to challenge himself. He also models excellent character by actively supporting his classmates in the classroom and out. His favorite subject is science, and he enjoys not only physics but coding! In the future, Andrew hopes to become an astronaut. 👨🏾🚀
⭐️Thanya Sivakumar, from Lupe Garcia Elementary, defines an exemplary academic student. She is proactive on assignments as well as in her responsibilities to the Robotics Club and Student Council, bringing focus and energy around her. She is also a great friend to her peers, sharing genuine empathy and always willing to offer a helping hand. Thanya hopes to become a doctor because she likes helping people. 👩⚕️
