Congressional Mid-Decade Redistricting

Bobby Gallana is the Rockwall County Commissioner for Precinct 1, sworn in on January 1, 2025. A lifelong resident of Rockwall County, he moved to Rockwall in 1983, graduated from Rockwall High School, Jacket Fight Never Dies, and returned after a corporate career that took him to West Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Canada. Since being sworn in, Bobby has emphasized infrastructure development, enhanced subdivision rules, fiscal responsibility and transparent government.
