Our service project for August was Bible Marking.
On August 13, we marked specific scripture passages in Bibles to be placed in Hope Bags for cancer patients. We worked on this an hour before our regular meeting and an hour after our regular meeting. Eleven Rotarians marked Bibles to be provided to those in need. Every verse. Every Bible. Every life matters. Sharing hope, one verse at a time. It takes about 40 minutes to mark all the scriptures in one Bible. It was a simple, fun, and meaningful event.
