Our service project for September was to collect items for Rainbow Room, specifically baby items such as car seats, formula, bottles, burp cloths, bibs, and pacifiers.
Our club provided over $800 in donations, which included 2 car seats and many of the other requested items. Way to go Rockwall Noon Rotary! Beth Johnson and Kayne Pierce delivered the items. Jerry Welch, Board President, and Cindy O'Reilly, VP - Projects were on hand to receive our donations. Thank you to all who donated to this worthwhile organization whose mission is to ensure all Rockwall County children who have been abused or neglected, and require the intervention or engagement of Child Protective Services, are supported, by providing for their immediate, on-going, and essential physical and emotional needs.
